TEXTURE STUDY: BRANCH

The various textures of the branch was captured using charcoal on paper and it defined the form and movement of the object.
This was the second time I tried charcoal in years and I was scared of making mistakes with it at first. However, I learned to not fight with the medium and to just let it flow.
